  • By booking an appointment with MD Cosmetic & Skin Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. All services, including laser, skin and cosmetic treatments, and treatment packages, are provided following an individual consultation and assessment to determine suitability.
    2. Treatments may be adjusted, postponed, or declined where clinically appropriate or if safety considerations arise.
    3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medical history, medications, pregnancy status, recent procedures, and skin changes prior to each appointment.
    4. Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
    5. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
    6. Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled and attended within the package validity period.
    7. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the appointment or treatment being forfeited.
    8. Outcomes may vary between individuals and no specific results are guaranteed.
    9. Package pricing reflects a reduced rate compared to individual sessions. Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, services already provided will be charged at the standard single-treatment rate.

  • Services & Treatment Packages Terms & Conditions

    • We offer a range of in-clinic services, which may include skin treatments, laser services, cosmetic treatments, and structured treatment programs and packages. All services are provided based on individual needs and clinical assessment. Not all treatments are suitable for every person.
    • Before a service/treatment, an initial consultation and assessment is required to determine suitability. You will receive a clear explanation of the treatment process and considerations, individualised treatment planning, and professional aftercare guidance.
    • Outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific results are guaranteed.
    • Treatment packages are available and offer a reduced rate compared to individual sessions.
    • Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
    • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
    • Services must be used within the stated validity period.
    • Treatments may be adjusted, postponed, or declined where clinically appropriate or if safety considerations arise.
    • Clients are required to disclose relevant medical history, medications, pregnancy status, and recent procedures.
    • Laser and cosmetic treatments require adherence to pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.
    • All services are delivered in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

  • Loyalty Points Program Terms & Conditions

  • Purpose
    The MD Cosmetic and Skin Clinic Loyalty Points Program is designed to thank and reward eligible clients for their
    ongoing engagement with the clinic.


    Eligibility
    The program is available to clients aged 18 years and over. Loyalty points are non-transferable and issued to
    individual clients only.


    Earning Loyalty Points
    Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on eligible services and retail products. Points are calculated on the
    amount paid and credited after payment is received.

    Earning Exclusions
    Points are not earned on consultations, prescription-only medicines, cosmetic injectable treatments, treatment
    packages, prepaid services, memberships with preferential pricing, promotional or discounted services, gift cards,
    refunds, credits, or complimentary services.

    Redeeming Loyalty Points
    Points may be redeemed once a minimum balance of 1,000 points has been reached. 1,000 points equals a $30
    redemption value. Points may be redeemed against eligible non-prescription services and retail skincare products
    only.

    Redemption Exclusions
    Points cannot be redeemed for prescription-only medicines, including cosmetic injectable treatments, any service
    that involves or directly results in the administration of a prescription medicine, gift cards, vouchers, cash, cash
    equivalents, or third-party services.

    Expiry
    Loyalty points expire 12 months from the date they are earned and cannot be reinstated once expired.

    Program Changes
    MD Cosmetic and Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
    Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

    Privacy
    Personal information collected as part of the program is handled in accordance with the MD Cosmetic and Skin
    Clinic Privacy Policy.

    General
    Loyalty points have no cash value outside of the program. Participation does not constitute a contract for ongoing
    services. All decisions regarding the program are final.


    These Terms and Conditions are current as at 9/02/2026 and may be updated from time to time.

  • Summer Promotion Terms & Conditions (December–February)

    1. Summer promotions are valid from 1 December to 29 February, unless otherwise stated.
    2. All treatments require a medical consultation to assess suitability. Treatment may not proceed if deemed clinically inappropriate.
    3. Promotions are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or products.
    4. Summer packages must be purchased within the promotional period to secure the promotional price.
    5. Treatments in a package must be completed within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise arranged with the clinic.
    6. No other discounts, vouchers, loyalty points, or offers may be used in conjunction with summer promotions.
    7. Sculptra is administered over multiple sessions based on clinician assessment; intervals between treatments must follow medical guidelines.
    8. HALO laser treatment timing is subject to appropriate sun-exposure safety. Appointments may be rescheduled at clinician discretion to protect skin health.
    9. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
    10. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure promotional pricing.
    11. Late cancellations or missed appointments may forfeit the session according to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
    12. LED, peels, or add-ons included as complimentary items hold no cash value and must be redeemed in alignment with the primary service booked.
    13. All treatments must be performed at the same clinic location and by authorised practitioners only.
    14. If a treatment is contraindicated (e.g., recent sun exposure, medical concerns) the clinic will discuss alternate options; refunds are not provided but treatment may be rescheduled.
    15. The clinic reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw promotions at any time.
